Company Overview

Radiant AI Health Data, Inc. — At a Glance

Radiant AI Health Data, Inc. is a healthcare data infrastructure company incorporated in 2025 and headquartered in Garland, Texas. The company provides PACS migration, VNA consolidation, enterprise interoperability, DICOM de-identification, data governance, and AI-readiness services to hospitals, imaging centers, and pathology organizations across the United States. Its software platform — developed under the RAIHD Commander and RAIHD Cadet product architecture, with a modular suite encompassing Radiant Flow, Radiant Migrate, Radiant Govern, Radiant Bridge, and Radiant Monitor — is designed to support zero-retention, policy-driven data workflows for both clinical operations and governed research environments. Platform architecture has been in development since 2024.

Radiant AI Health Data operates in strategic affiliation with Health AI Data, Inc., the partner-facing data network entity through which de-identified imaging and pathology datasets are curated and made available to qualified AI researchers and clinical research programs. The two companies share founding leadership and operate under a formal intercompany agreement. All de-identification occurs on-site at the originating facility before any data enters the Health AI Data network; no protected health information (PHI) leaves the facility's domain at any point. The alpha deployment site is Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus, Oklahoma, a critical-access hospital serving southwestern Oklahoma. Distribution strategy targets member networks including the Texas Organization of Rural & Community Hospitals (TORCH, 220+ member hospitals) and the Oklahoma Hospital Association (OHA, 148 member hospitals).

The company was founded by Jim Cook, who brings nearly 30 years of healthcare IT experience spanning PACS administration, enterprise imaging, DICOM and HL7 systems, and clinical workflow design across major health systems including Northwestern Medicine and Solis Mammography. The leadership team includes Frank Festa (Chief Operating Officer and Director of Radiology at Jackson County Memorial Hospital), James Cook (Chief Financial Officer, with nearly 25 years of U.S. Air Force medical and laboratory leadership), Lt. Gen. Jason T. Evans, U.S. Army (Ret.) (Leadership Chair), and Dr. Jim Newman (Medical Chair, board-certified diagnostic radiologist). The company is pursuing a $6 million pre-seed raise targeting a one-to-three-year strategic acquisition exit.

A Platform Vision for Complex Healthcare Data Environments

Radiant AI Health Data is positioned to serve organizations that need more than isolated utilities. Our focus is on the infrastructure layer that moves, governs, normalizes, and operationalizes healthcare data across imaging and pathology environments where migration, interoperability, and long-term data value all matter.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help healthcare organizations modernize data operations with secure, practical infrastructure that supports migration, interoperability, governance, and long-term readiness for advanced AI workflows and future clinical data initiatives.

Our Vision

We envision a future where healthcare organizations can confidently move, govern, and operationalize imaging and pathology data across legacy and modern platforms while preserving security, integrity, interoperability, and strategic value.

What Radiant Is Built to Do

Radiant is designed for real-world healthcare environments where operational continuity, enterprise imaging complexity, governance, and modernization pressure all converge.

Healthcare Data Migration

Support structured migration from PACS, VNAs, archives, and related environments into modern target systems with visibility, control, and reduced operational friction.

Corporate Structure

Radiant AI Health Data, Inc. and Health AI Data, Inc. are separate but closely affiliated entities operating under common founding leadership toward a shared mission in healthcare data infrastructure.

Radiant AI Health Data, Inc.

Radiant AI Health Data, Inc. is the commercial platform entity — the market-facing company through which enterprise software, infrastructure services, and healthcare data solutions are delivered to hospitals, imaging centers, and pathology organizations. Radiant is the entity that holds customer relationships, executes commercial agreements, and provides the RAIHD Commander and RAIHD Cadet platform to partner facilities. It is incorporated in 2025 and headquartered in Garland, Texas.

Health AI Data, Inc.

Health AI Data, Inc. is the partner-facing data network and research enablement entity — the organization through which de-identified healthcare datasets are governed, curated, and made available to qualified AI researchers, pharmaceutical partners, and clinical research programs. Where Radiant is the infrastructure layer, Health AI Data is the data network layer: it operates the governed data pipeline that partner facilities opt into, and manages the research data relationships that create long-term value for both the facilities and their patient communities.

How the Two Entities Work Together

In practice, the two entities function as a coordinated system. Radiant AI Health Data provides the on-site infrastructure — the de-identification engine, the data governance tooling, and the migration and interoperability platform — that operates within each partner facility. Health AI Data operates the downstream data network that those facilities connect to on a voluntary, opt-in basis. No protected health information (PHI) ever leaves the originating facility. De-identification occurs entirely on-site before any data enters the Health AI Data network. The two entities share founding leadership and operate under a formal intercompany agreement that governs data use, revenue allocation, and platform governance.

For hospitals and imaging centers, Radiant AI Health Data is the primary point of engagement — the company that manages the relationship, deploys the platform, and supports ongoing operations. Health AI Data becomes relevant when a partner facility chooses to participate in the governed data network, where it enables access to research partnerships and a proportional share of the revenue those partnerships generate.
